Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note: Trading cards, collectibles, and mystery/booster packs cannot be returned or refunded once opened due to their nature and collectible value.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or unsealed trading card products

Items damaged due to customer handling

Sale or clearance items (final sale)
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage, including packaging and the item.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier or provide further instructions.
Damage caused during transit is the responsibility of the courier; however, we will help facilitate the investigation process.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received back in acceptable condition:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Shuffle Emporium is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrectly delivered items, subject to availability.
