Delivery Schedule

Our delivery operations run Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM only.
Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. We kindly ask for your patience, as processing and delivery times may vary depending on order volume and courier availability.

1. Domestic Shipping

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping fees, calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

1.2 Damaged or Lost Items

Once your package is handed over to the courier, Shuffle Emporium is not liable for delays, loss, or damages that may occur during transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please provide clear photo or video proof so we can assist you in reporting the incident to the courier.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and courier operations. Estimated timelines will appear at checkout but are not guaranteed.
